We also focus on scheduling interviews and facilitating offer onboarding to streamline the process.

We provide Contingent Recruiting, Contract Staffing, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), ensuring a thorough initial search that leads to a refined candidate short list. Our process includes an intake call to understand your needs, followed by scheduling interviews with the top candidates and facilitating offer onboarding.

After our intake call, we will initiate an initial search tailored to your needs, which involves thoroughly exploring your market, understanding specific technologies, and beginning the outreach process to create a candidate short list. This will also include scheduling interviews and preparing for the offer onboarding.

Our goal is to create a strong candidate short list of 3 solid candidates for each open position. During our initial search, we engage with 50 other candidates to ensure that we are only submitting the best skill-set match, along with individuals who are highly interested in your opportunity for scheduling interviews.
